This is the most elegant restaurant in the city center. We were impressed by the creativity of the menu. The entire staff was very helpful, especially Maurice. It was a pleasure to dine here!

Santo cafe, ranked 10th in the 200 restaurants in Guanajuato above tripadviser. I was attracted by the pictures in Figure IX, with two tables on this bridge. It is especially interesting to sit here and eat on the covered bridge with only two tables and watch people coming and going in the alley under the bridge (scattering dog food). 📷 The bridge street of the coffee shop connects to a small road, almost no one walks past, there is no main road at all, the crowds can pack this street to take pictures. I simply moved the chair of the coffee shop to the middle of the road (Figure 4) 🍴 The meal in the coffee shop was not bad, mainly simple Mexican food. The beef rice in Figure 3 tasted similar to Sichuan food, which was more in line with the taste of the Chinese.
